A Kansas Family Tradition Since 1978
Stroot Lockers has been delivering deliciously fresh meat to Kansas families for over 45 years. What started as a small butcher shop has grown into an award-winning premier destination for quality meat processing and products.
We work with a small group of trusted vendors and local farmers to bring the finest food products to our growing community. We've seen a great deal of change in the local food scene, and we're proud to be playing our part in helping to alter tastes and perceptions about what food should be.
Three generations of the Stroot family have dedicated themselves to quality, community, and the craft of butchering. When you shop with us, you're not just buying meat—you're supporting a Kansas legacy.
